Performed Facilities Management services for General Motors at their Lansing Grand River facility. Primary responsibilities included reducing cost and improving performance of processes to allow the customer to exceed their customers expectations. Supervision of UAW skilled trades department for preventative maintenance and reactionary repairs were also a responsibility of this position.

Coordination and implementation of facilities projects ranging from single office remodel or manufacturing equipment relocation to the renovation of entire buildings to house “High Tech” computer and software development. Developed and instituted an extensive preventative maintenance program in conjunction with the manufacturing department. This position also shared the responsibility of supervision for the UAW building and grounds crews.
